Comments: From the moment I entered the door I found the staff to be exceptional in their atitude to guests, from the friendly "good morning" as you passed through to breakfast to the "good evening" as you came back from a days shopping. First impressions count and the staff I encountered from the beginning were brilliant. I would highly recommend the Waterford Marina Hotel and it's staff.

Comments: We stayed in a wheel chair room and we feel that it is the best wheelchair accessable room we have stayed in. The bathroom was spacious, with a perfectly accessable shower with a shower chair. The breakfast was lovely. the staff were amazing and would do anything to make the stay pleasent.

Comments: Great Location, great price, friendly and efficient staff, bedrooms were a good size and clean. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
